We take pride in our training in trauma-informed care, spiritual rituals, and placenta encapsulation. Our services also include comprehensive childbirth education and breastfeeding support. Our goal is to support your family’s unique needs and ensure that you are empowered to birth in the way that feels right for you, with the help of a dedicated Doula.

Whether you're welcoming your first baby or your fifth, we're here to support you every step of the way with our childbirth education classes. These classes provide in-depth guidance on labor and delivery, including pain management techniques, medical interventions, and essential breastfeeding support. Additionally, our experienced Doula can assist you through the process, and we also offer placenta encapsulation to help with your postpartum recovery.

All of our doulas have completed advanced training in childbirth education, including specialized breast and chestfeeding education. Our certified lactation consultants provide personalized breastfeeding support to help new parents breastfeed with confidence and success. Additionally, we offer breastfeeding classes and support groups to foster community and ongoing support, alongside options like placenta encapsulation for new mothers.

Confident Breastfeeding Guidance
Placenta encapsulation is a traditional postpartum practice, often discussed in childbirth education, that involves transforming your placenta into easy-to-take capsules. This practice is believed to support recovery and overall well-being after birth, providing valuable breastfeeding support. Reported benefits may include improved energy levels during postpartum recovery, hormonal balance and emotional stability, support in reducing the risk of postpartum depression, enhanced breastmilk production, and faster postpartum healing. Many new parents choose to work with a Doula to guide them through this process and maximize the benefits of placenta encapsulation. This service is in addition to the basic Birthing plan covered by Provider One.

We offer a wide range of resources to support new parents, including access to community diaper banks, connections with trusted providers in our network, and valuable resources for breastfeeding support. Our childbirth education programs include parenting books, educational videos, and online tools. Additionally, we can help you find a Doula and provide information on placenta encapsulation. Our dedicated staff is always here to answer your questions and provide the support you need.

Included in your Birth Package—regardless of fetal outcome—you will receive: an intake interview, prenatal support during pregnancy, childbirth education, and labor and delivery support. Additionally, our services include postpartum follow-up, breastfeeding support and connection to community resources. We now also offer support from an Education and Employment Coordinator to assist with job and educational goals, and an Empowerment Coach to help boost self-esteem and guide women toward their highest potential and best self, along with other valuable offerings designed to support you every step of the way.
